Travelers are responsible for inspecting packages before accepting them. We provide prohibited items guidelines and customs compliance information to help both parties.
Payments are held in escrow through Stripe. The sender pays when they book a flight, but funds are only released to the traveler after the package is successfully delivered and confirmed with a delivery code. If something goes wrong, you can open a dispute.
We offer optional insurance coverage (Basic up to $500, Premium up to $2,000). All deliveries include package photo documentation at pickup and delivery. If an issue occurs, our dispute resolution system lets both parties submit evidence, and our team mediates a fair outcome.
All users must verify their email, upload a government-issued ID (front and back), and can optionally verify their phone number. Travelers also upload their boarding pass to confirm their trip. User ratings and reviews build trust over time.
Delivery prices are set by travelers and typically range from $100–$500 depending on the route, weight, and demand. ZendZap charges a 10% platform fee. There are no hidden costs.
