Yes, it is legal to carry items for others as long as the contents are declared and comply with airline regulations and customs laws. Travelers are responsible for inspecting packages before accepting them. We provide prohibited items guidelines and customs compliance information to help both parties.
Payments are held in escrow through Stripe. The sender pays when they book a flight, but funds are only released to the traveler after the package is successfully delivered and confirmed with a delivery code. If something goes wrong, you can open a dispute.
ZendZap Protection is an optional platform-funded protection program that reimburses eligible items up to $500 (50% coverage) or $2,000 (Full coverage) at ZendZap’s discretion. All deliveries include package photo documentation at pickup and delivery. If an issue occurs, our dispute resolution system lets both parties submit evidence, and our team reviews the case. ZendZap Protection is not insurance.
All users must verify their email and upload a government-issued ID (front and back). Travelers also upload their boarding pass to confirm their trip. User ratings and reviews build trust over time.
Delivery prices are set by travelers and typically range from $100 to $500 depending on the route, weight, and demand. On top of that we add a 10% service fee, plus HST. Both are shown before you pay, and there are no other costs.
Travelers keep 96.5% of the price they set. We take 3.5%. On a $400 delivery that is $386 to you. You choose which packages to carry and set your own price, and payouts go straight to your bank account via Stripe.
